ASEAN economy should double in the next 10 years. the 1st priority is to bring the guest workers overseas back home once the economy picks up.

I wonder what would happen if the Philippines has its own cultural revolution and take the power back to the people, people of at least 90% Austronesian DNA. Having these long staying White and Chinese mestizos run the economy has been a big problem of the country. They feel less obliged to help the people and thus become more corrupt as they see themselves different from the majority of the population.

The Philippines has to decolonize its culture, it might end up being violent, but it could potentially be really beneficial for the real natives. Limit power of the mestizos to entertainment. Rehabilitate, re-ducate, and support the pure bloods.

Catholicism's control over the country should also be stopped, a lot of people make the worst decisions because of the religion's views on certain topics like contraceptives and condom use, being educated and believing in family planning is another step that will help the country in the long run.

Filipinos should get rid of "the country of smiles" mentality and stop being so service oriented and become more aggressive whilst still being a respectful culture.

Start focusing on innovation and working on soft power to export to the world.

@sapphiresky

The problem is oversea Filipinos are taking their talent across the oceans instead of making a sacrifice to fix their ancestral home.
