Filipinos begin to know Native Indians when they arrive in America or Canada.

@prau123  Yeah Americans or Canadians are familiar with them, but not Filipinos here.  Though I like NA films, Apocalypto is one of my favorite films.  Gibson is an amazing director!

Dances with Wolves and Last of the Mohican were also excellent movies. 

Filipinos do actually know some Mexican Native Indians through boxing because Manny Pacquiao had boxing matches with top Mexican boxers such as Erik Morales and several more even though several Filipinos were not aware of them being Native Indian descent.
