Mexican Sushi now comes to America

actually i seen a few like that over here in east coast. 

I don't get it? Sushi is raw fish, how does mexican spices blend with the raw fish? 

Mexican spices blends with the meat & chips. 

I don't think it will be a delicious combination.

Basically in a part of Mexico they began making Sushi using cooked meats instead of raw fish.   Bingo, Mexican Sushi is born.

I'd say so.   Even in japan recently beef sushi is getting popular because fish cost so much now.
