I am sorry to hear that. NYC must be very dangerous for Asians at this moment
@lannie
I forgot to mention that this happened months ago, not yesterday. he is fine now but he has a phobia now.
@j-r-c
Yes, they did but my uncle is sucker-punched so he could not have given a detailed description to the sketch artist.
@rambo
Andrew Yang claimed he will be tougher on hate crime.
how can they be so aggressive on shoplifting, but cannot even find a group of hate-crime attackers in a crowded city?
it will not happen. it will cause a race riot in NYC, most of the minorities here do not like to be racially profiled by the police let alone the store.
If you mean aggressive like this video then it's a big NO NO.
@rambo
I mean the police should be able to find the group if they just stalk the area, the same group will gather again.
the group can mean from Gangs, BLM protestors, al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan supporters. 2nd) The police & governors here in NYC & other liberal states support the Black Lives Matter. The police will go after 4-10 individuals but not groups of thousands.
This has been going on for years by the way. The politicians have to choose between which group to appease. The black community or the Chinese community.
Chinese in American understands they don't have the numbers in U.S politics. so what they do is put money under NYPD funding.
@rambo
I thought NY politicians were Chinese friendly. Gov. Cuomo came out early on to explain the virus in NY came from Europe. But street crime is the issue. BLM should be pressured to address hate crime, otherwise they should be ostracized.
My heart goes out for him
