Quick thinking workers at a New York cafe saved a kidnapped woman on Sunday from an accused serial rapist after she sent a note through the GrubHub delivery app to call the police.

Employees at The Chipper Truck Cafe in Yonkers sensed something was wrong when they received the garbled order for an Irish breakfast roll and a beef burger a 5:50 a.m. on June 19.

'Please call the police his going to call me when you delivered come with the cones please don't make it obvious,' the note to the driver said.

A group of seven teenagers attacked and killed a 73-year-old man in Philadelphia last month with a traffic cone according to video footage released by the Philadelphia Police Department Friday.

Disturbing footage of the incident, which occurred on June 14, shows a group of apparent teenagers pursuing the victim identified as James Lambert down the 2100 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue in the city’s northwest corridor. 

The video shows Lambert attempting to walk away from the group at around 3 am.

A 15-year-old hip-hopper has been charged with murder in the fatal subway stabbing of a 14-year-old up-and-coming rapper in Manhattan, according to police and cop sources Sunday.

The slaying of Ethan Reyes, who performed under the name “Notti Osama,” stemmed from a simmering dispute between the pair, sources said.

The kid accused of killing him was not publicly identified by cops because of his young age. He is being treated for stab wounds at New York Presbyterian Hospital, sources said.

The suspect and Reyes of Yonkers got into a street-level fight that descended into the 137th Street/City College subway station around 3 p.m. Saturday, police said. The pair had an ongoing feud, sources said. It wasn’t immediately clear what it was about.

The serial stabber who killed one homeless man and attacked two others while they were sleeping on park benches has been arrested. 

Trevon Murphy, 40, who is homeless, has been arrested and taken to the 28th Precinct after he was arrested near St. Nicolas Park in Manhattan's West Harlem on Wednesday. 

A Good Samaritan turned Murphy into two NYPD officers who were standing on the corner near the bus stop the assailant was sitting at near West 28th Street and St. Nicolas Avenue. 

He was identified through his neon sneakers, gray backpack, and his Innocence Project - a nonprofit that helps exonerate the wrongly convicted - sweatshirt. The knife he allegedly used in the attacks was also found in his left-hand pocket, the NYPD announced during a Wednesday press conference. 

Previously, Murphy attacked his roommate at a homeless shelter in April, who was also asleep. He was released on his own recognizance and was due back in court on July 22 for that attack. 

The homeless attacker also has an active warrant for his arrest in Tennessee for breaking probation for a narcotics charge, which Assistant Chief Joseph Kenny said will be 'extradited.' 

He was walked out of an NYPD precinct with frizzy hair, a blue 'World's Best Papa' shirt, and black Adidas slides. It is unknown is Murphy has a child.

He is currently being processed at the 28th Precinct and has self-identified himself in photos to police. Murphy has also waved his Miranda rights and Kelly said he is 'speaking to us.' Murphy's reign of terror began on July 5, where he attacked a sleeping homeless man, 34, on the Hudson River Park walkway in the West Village around 3.30pm. The victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital for treatment, but later succumbed to his injuries. 

He was later seen casually cruising around on a Citi Bike.  

Three days later, on July 8, he would attack another homeless man, 59, in the stomach while he was sleeping on a park bench in Midtown East around 10.30pm. 

The victim tried to 'self-medicate' for two days before seeking treatment at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical and reporting the incident to the police. He is currently in stable condition, the NYPD announced on Wednesday.

Man who hurled racist comments at 2 Asian American women in NYC is indicted for hate crimes  | Daily Mail Online

A New York City man who allegedly hurled racist comments at two Asian American women and doused them in liquid in a subway station has been indicted for hate crimes. 

Derrick Johnson, 40, reportedly approached two women inside the Rockefeller Center subway station in Manhattan on May 8, where he doused them in an unknown liquid and pushed one to the ground and spat on her. 

On Wednesday, he was charged with assault as a hate crime and aggravated harassment and was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. He will remain at Bellevue Hospital Prison Ward in Manhattan on a $15,000 bail or a $30,000 bond, according to NYC inmate public records. 

After pushing the woman, he allegedly yelled at her: 'You f**king Chinese. I don't know why you're here in America,' law enforcement sources said, according to the New York Post. 

The woman, 26, experienced 'significant bruising' and had 'substantial pain and swelling' in her head and jaw, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, 48, said in a statement on Wednesday. It is unclear if the other woman suffered any physical injuries. 

Johnson was arrested on May 27 after attacking two officers who were attending to a lewd man in Chelsea, a police source told the New York Post.
