Is it right for a police to search a room without a warrant, after the father let them in?

If your father has called 911 on you for erratic behavior and the father let the police in, do the police have the right to search your room without a warrant?

Also the father never gave consent for the police to search the room. And the father had to sign a paper in the dark on top of a patrol car, was that legal? Or the cops was corrupted?

YES, the father owns the house. his the Authority of his property. He's asking the police to search the drugs within his own property.

IF the son is over 18 or 21 depending on the state, the Father has the right to call the cops to remove his son from his own property.

But what if the father did not know anything about the police searching his room. There was no consent. Was that still legal?

@charlie

what state is this? what do you mean by erratic behavior? I'm sure the cops were looking for drugs.

In Texas. Even though dad called the cop... there is no reason to search the person room, especially after the suspect walked out of his room peacefully and gets handcuffed. Erratic behavior like hitting the fathers room door in an angry manner.

I am not from Texas so I don't know. but to me, it's legal because the dad gave permission tot he cops to enter his house and probably called 911 asking the cops to enter his hose.

You can't call the cops and expect them to just in the living room. hahahahah
