I was wondering why the F can this people who can't read & write in English be able to decide the fate of our country?

I don't mind the foreign language in signboards for tourist but the ballots should not have a foreign language.

Canadian ballots are also written in French in some parts.

It's not a similar case compared to the U.S , French is part of Canadian history. French is mostly spoken in Québec, Ontario, New Brunswick.

what's the problem? none of China's ethnicities are forced to learn Chinese. they can do everything in their own language.

If they can't read or write in English, most likely they do not know what it is going. I actually do not want Spanish in the ballots too.

they don't read the things you talk about, but they know about the voting situation from their friends and family. Chinese language newspapers pay a lot of attention to the election.

what is that supposed to mean? most Chinese live right next to other Blacks & Hispanic neighborhoods.
