Yes you should take a DNA test. You might score a lot of European, higher than most Filipinos.
By looking very Hispanic, does he show a lot of European in his facial features?

when I get a job I don't want to spend a hundred bucks on a test as of yet.

I don't know. My dad look very Hispanic, Maybe I should take a DNA test
looking Hispanic does not mean a foreign ancestry, maybe south east Asians can look Hispanic just like Polynesians and Arabs.

It's pretty rare for SE Asians to look pseudo-Hispanic though especially the Mestizo look. And when they do its because they have a lot of Indian ancestry or even Persian/Arab blood which can sometimes gives Caucasoid mixed features similar to those of Hispanics. And when SE Asians do look Caucasian mixed, they still often give vibes and features that are pretty different from Hispanics if you look at them closely.
