Really? He passes up as pure Filipino because of his dark skin, body built and features. He could probably pass up in several other SE Asian countries as a native person. He definitely would not pass up in any East Asian country as he would be seen as a foreigner.
He looked like a Filipino to me and nothing more.
How about North American Amerindians such as a inuits
North American Amerindians like Canada are different from the Amerindians from the Caribbean, Central &South America. Canadian Americans are more Asian looking, so they would look closer to Filipinos.

I think he can pass as an Amerindian from Canada
Amerindians from Central America are less flat face

Agree, second pic could easily pass up as Mexican and anywhere in Latin America/Latin European countries. Does the first person appear Native American Indian? Where could the first pic pass up easily outside Philippines?
it's his flat nose! if it weren't so flat, maybe I think he might be able to pass in central America
It might pass as an Amerindian for Mexicans in Mexico who are not familiar with Filipinos. But, for Chicanas, probably not.

Good observation and maybe it explains why Filipinos in Canada were some times mistaken as an Amerindian.

Depends on the Filipinos because some of the Filipino looked like Chinese.
