Some of them do look sea. Dalai lama looks more chinese. Tibet is an isolated and mountainous region so I doubt there has been any large scale mixing. Maybe they really do fit into the sea category. Burmese and tibet also share a similar language group (sino tibetan) but burmese has more brahmic and mon roots, and burma is also considered sea.

Tibetans overlapped with Southeast Asias mainly the Burmese. Tibetans are genetically isolated from Mongolians, Chinese, Koreans, Japanese but with an overlapped.

@rick-cook After the Qing Dynasty. China was redefined as a culture of Huaxia. The other 56 minorities today came later after the PRC took over. In other words, never rely on Chinese data

@rick-cook better start educating your fellow Pinoys because it seems the average Pinoy is clueless about the Chinese mindset.

 China 6.3 million[2]
 India 182,685 (2011 census)[3]
   Nepal 20,000–40,000[

the best way to judge Tibetans is to use examples from India. the Chinese has raped the Tibetans so much to the point Tibetans have chink blood.
