I was at the Autoparts store when I saw this car next to mine. It was so filled with garbage that I had to take a picture and upload it. The black guy next to the car is the owner.

The guy doesn't seem that poor. He bought a car battery - those are $100~$150 at AutoZone. Clicking on the picture zooms in. Doesn't look like plastic bottles. Looks like trash.

LOL he has a rare anti-cleaners disease where they need dirt to live.
I don't know what is called but yes those rare type of condition exists.
