I suffer from high anxiety/panic attack from time to time.

I'll try to make this as brief as I can.  Eating dead, processed foods affect the emotions. I find that many times people with parasitic activity, candida, and fungus are often depressed. Parasites have a direct effect on our emotions. They can actually send thoughts to our brain to make us crave harmful foods, thus making us more depressed and having more anxiety attacks. It is a vicious cycle locking someone into the deterioration of their health.

Acidosis is the main cause of most diseases and the different names and symptoms of diseases are based on the location of where these acids are most predominately found. Rid the body of these acids and you can heal the main causative factor of disease.

So, how can one rid acids from the body?  Move to an alkaline diet of predominately fruits and raw foods(veggies). Fruits are the lymph pullers in the body and are the ultimate healers/acids removers.  This is the only sure way.  Everything else is just temporary.

Eat less meats and processed foods.

Replace them with fruits and vegetables, preferably raw.

The removal of obstructions allows the body to heal itself, thus the mind will also heal.

@olive-juice I am a fan of meat eating. It is hard for me to take that off my diet
