Which areas in the Philippines have that majority middle class vibe with First World surroundings? Online forums say Makati City, any other good larger locations out there?

Ideally locations where ultra rich and ultra poor dichotomy is not so visible.

note: replaced Philippines with ASEAN

Forbes Park, Makati
Dasmarinas Village, Makati
Urdaneta Village, Makati
Bel-air Village, Makati
San Lorenzo Village, Makati
Corinthian Gardens, Quezon City
Ayala Heights, Quezon City
New Manila, Quezon City
Rockwell area, Makati
Bonifacio Global City, Makati/Taguig
Valle Verde, Pasig
White Plains, Quezon City
Wack Wack Village, Mandaluyong
Greenhills, San Juan
McKinley Hill Village, Taguig
Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa
Alabang 400, Muntinlupa
Alabang Hills, Muntinlupa
Hillsborough, Muntinlupa
Tierra Nueva, Muntinlupa
Pacific Village, Muntinlupa
Palms Pointe Village, Muntinlupa
Ayala Southvale, Las Pinas
Cittadella Executive Village, Las Pinas
BF Pilar Southville, Las Pinas

In terms of population, about two in every five (40.5%) Filipinos in 2015 belonged to the middle-class, nearly three-fifths (58.1%) to low- income class, and the remaining (1.4%) to the high-income.
