It is showing the autosomal genetic composition of each SE Asian ethnicity or population. Overall, its showing the Mongoloid/East Eurasian ancestry  (Lao_LN_BA aka Lao Late Neolithic Bronze Age which is a sign of Austroasiatic admixture, MYS_LN which is a late Neolithic population from Malaysia, ancient Hanben individual from Taiwan which is Austronesian) which makes up most of the genes in SE Asians, followed by the Indian/South Asian admixture (Ancient Ancestral South Indian which is a population that resembles Australoids physically+ Caucasoid genetic components which are Iranian Neolithic+Steppe Indo European), some Papuan/Melanesian ancestry (SE Asians score minor amounts of them except those from Eastern part of Indonesia), an also additional genetic input from Han Chinese (Thailand received a lot of migrants from China historically), European or Arab ancestry. Overall, it is comparing the overall genetic makeup for each SE Asian ethnic group or country.

Have you ever consider of taking a DNA test like 23andme, AncestryDNA or Gedmatch? You look a bit mixed to me in your avatar. You might be more European than most Filipinas.

Yes, but this admixture with the Chinese is more recent. The Caucasian ancestry in Thais comes from South Asians such as Indians, not from Caucasoids like Europeans.

Historically, there used to be a lot of interactions between the Indian subcontinent and SE Asia. This leads to many influences from India including religion, language, culture, architecture, trade and gene flow to SE Asia. Most of this influence is from South India/Sri Lanka like the Chola Dynasty rather than North India/Pakistan. There seem to be historical migrations and settlements of Indians in most countries of SE Asia and a lot of them intermarried with locals. And that is the reason most SE Asians seem to have Indian ancestry with the exception of the majority of Filipinos (they have very minor to zero South Asian), Vietnamese (except if they have Khmer (Cambodian) or Cham ancestry), Laotians (they have very little Indian), isolated tribes in remote areas of mainland and maritime SE Asia, etc.

Most of Caucasoid admixture in SE Asians primarily comes from South Asia. However, there is also  West Asian/Middle Eastern especially Iranian or Arab ancestry among some Thais, Malays and Indonesians. While the Caucasoid in Philos mainly come European admixture although I have seen some DNA results that suggested they might have some South Asian or some type of West Asian ancestry as well.

I suspected that the Moros who are Muslims in the South of the Philippines might have more Indian ancestry than most Pinoys who seem to have very little to none.
