Russia simply doesnt have a large stockpile of high tech weaponaries. I mean this doesnt come as a surprise since Russia prefers servicable weaponaries that can be mass produced quickly to sophisticated weaponaries that require high level of maintenance. Russians dont care about maintenance.

Why Russia loses in Ukraine

For a small gain of tetorrities, Putin has exposed Russia as a declining power. What is the true image of Russia as a military power?

1) Lack of training & combat experience

2) Lack of morale

3) Lack of logistics, maintenance & corruption

4) Military structure problem, failed blitzkrieg & human wave tactics

(bureaucratic command structure not allowing quick decisions to be made by people on the ground, expecting Ukrainian military to surrender after a week of the invasion, doubling down on sending more troops and tanks through an easily ambushed area or a military chokepoint, favourtism to FSB downgrading the coordination between different branches of the military)

5) Being an advertiser for Turkish drones and NATO weapons

(Russia suffering high losses of tanks & military vehicles due to Turkish drones and NATO weapons being used in Ukraine's forest & urban areas)

6) Lack of soft power & being inferior to US in information warfare

(being condemned by various medias and having the military communications and plannings exposed by US intelligence to the world or leaked to the Ukrainian military)

7) Deficiencies in military technology

(consumer-grade GPS devices in SU-34, drones being equipped with civilian cameras, resorting to using crude artilery and dumb bombs as the war drags on, etc...)

8) Losing economic progress

(NATO countries bringing down the Russian economy to the level of Soviet era)
